DIGISCAN understands the importance and value of maintaining confidentiality when working with clients or on new brands and products.  We are regularly entrusted with work on projects that are not yet released, and we have developed a culture to support the confidential needs of our clients.  Our position as a trusted business partner to many of the top companies is proof of our success in this regard.

Several practices contribute to our ability to maintain confidentiality.  Our production facilities employ dedicated work teams for our larger clients.  From account management through customer service and production, a defined team manages the work for a particular client.  This approach improves quality through increased familiarity and facilitates security by limiting the number of people involved in a new project.

DIGISCAN also utilizes client specific divided storage. Data for each client is stored in dedicated storage areas, ensuring that data files are not intermixed.  Moreover, DIGISCAN’s facility is secure with limited access.  Only specified team members are allowed access to certain areas and files within those areas.
